One of my favorite things to wear when I go out and about are these three piece skirt outfits that I purchased on a t.v. shopping show. I have a set in black, one in turquoise and another in a lavender color. One of the nice things about these sets is that the pieces are all interchangeable with each other. Very practical to my way of thinking. However, having lost around 60 pounds in the past year or so, and feeling pretty good about myself, I started liking the idea of purchasing outfits in my new, smaller size. I guess most women would have been "disappointed" to find out what I didthat my old skirt sets I had purchased at my heavier weight still fit. These were made of a "slinky," stretchy type of material and would stretch as needed and "shrink" down to my new size as needed - and they go so well with my ladies court shoes too. They don't wear out either, another advantage to having this type of skirt set I found out. Well, on the t.v. show from which I purchased these sets, some women were calling in and talking about how comfortable they were even when they gained or lost weight, so I should have known ahead of time that these would still fit me even when losing all this weight. |
